Job Description:
seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow ITOM Expert to design, implement, and optimize IT Operations Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Asset Management, and SAM, combined with strong scripting and integration capabilities on the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and configure ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
- Develop and maintain CMDB architecture and ensure accurate CI relationships.
- Integrate external systems with ServiceNow using APIs, MID Servers, and data integrations.
- Implement Asset Management and Software Asset Management (SAM) processes aligned with ITIL standards.
- Utilize scripting (JavaScript, Glide, etc.) for custom workflows, automation, and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-performing ITOM solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure system health and performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong ServiceNow Platform knowledge with solid scripting (JavaScript/Glide) experience.
- Proven expertise in:
- CMDB and Integrations
- Discovery and Service Mapping
- Asset Management (Hardware & Software)
- Software Asset Management (SAM)
- Experience implementing ITOM best practices and automations.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications (ITOM, Discovery, or CMDB) preferred
