Primary Objective: Support the Information Governance Programme.

•  Core Requirement: Provision of a Programme Manager to develop an outline business case for a corporate Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS) cloud solution.

•  Additional Optional Services: Programme support/PMO and technical assurance.

•  Focus Areas:

   o Technical assessment of client’s digital information environment.

   o Recommendations for future digital records management.

   o Stakeholder engagement and governance alignment.

   o Risk assessments and documentation.
