Job Type: Contract
Work Mode: Hybrid (2 Days from office)
The Technical Author will work to create update and analyse the new and existing Okta and Entra service and support documentation on a time and materials basis at 75 hours per week(7.5 hrs daily).
The types of documentation that will require updating may include but not be limited to the following:
1Knowledge Articles KA Okta Entra all SaaS Applications
2Knowledge Articles KA Service Desk
3Service Overviews SO Okta Entra all SaaS Applications
4Technical Run Manuals TRM Okta Entra all SaaS Applications
5Technical Recovery Action Plans TRAP Okta Entra all SaaS Applications
Additionally to the documentation analysis and updates outlined above the Technical Author may be required to submit and analyse requests in Service NOW This work will include checking Service Now requests where Okta User Groups are specified creating Entra User Groups as well as other administrative Service NOW.
