About the Role
We are seeking Python Developers (Junior and Mid-Level) with hands-on experience in the Django framework. The selected candidates will be responsible for analyzing requirements, designing solutions, developing backend modules, and supporting full project lifecycles—from requirement gathering to implementation and enhancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain server-side logic using Python and Django.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Design and optimize database schemas using PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and data security best practices.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following coding standards.
- Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Work with DevOps tools (Docker, CI/CD pipelines) for deployment and maintenance.
- Contribute to technical documentation and participate in agile development processes (Scrum/Kanban).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Python (3.x) and Django (including DRF).
- Experience with ORM, migrations, and query optimization.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API development.
- Hands-on with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
- Exposure to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React/Vue.js (preferred).
- Proficiency with Git/GitHub.
- Experience deploying on AWS/Azure/GCP (preferred).
- Knowledge of Docker & CI/CD pipelines (preferred).
- Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (PyTest/Unittest).
- Bonus: Experience with Flask/FastAPI, GraphQL, Redis/RabbitMQ.
