Basic knowledge of Horizont IWS Graph, BatchCP, BatchAD & XINFO

Ensure the operational stability, integrity, and availability of products & services supported by the team.
Ensure compliance with relevant Service Management Standards, and high data quality exists in Service Management systems of record – and compliance with all additional controls and standards where relevant.
Provide support in identification and resolution of all incidents associated with the IT service, as directed by leadership of the DevOps team.
Ensure service resilience, service sustainability and recovery time objectives are met for all the software solutions delivered.
Deliver engineering changes to infrastructure with the customer/user experience as a key objective.
Develop and deploy changes to infrastructure capable of meeting the anticipated load, performance, availability, security and resilience requirements.
Deliver infrastructure changes with a focus on automation of build, testing and deployment process on all environments to minimize variation and ensure predictable high-quality code and data.
Drive levels of automation, continuous integration, and high levels of availability through system monitoring and maintenance
