Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience and ability to lead a team of administrators to support an UK client in enhancing and providing operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, configure, and administer solutions in the ServiceNow platform.
• Handle day-to-day administration, support, and maintenance of ServiceNow modules.
• Work on enhancements, customizations, and support during ServiceNow releases/upgrades.
• Manage and resolve operational tickets and service requests related to ServiceNow.
• Support core ServiceNow modules:
o ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
o SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management / PPM)
o ITAM (Software Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management, and Application Lifecycle Management)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Participate in unit testing, UAT, and deployment of ServiceNow updates.
• Provide timely support during and after business hours based on customer needs.
Preferred Skills:
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, SPM, and ITAM (SAM/HAM/ALM) modules.
• Experience working on ServiceNow enhancements, platform upgrades, and release management.
• Knowledge of scripting (JavaScript), workflows, UI Policies, and Business Rules in ServiceNow.
• Understanding of integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) is an added advantage.
