Job Title: Business Systems Analyst – Intern

Shift: UK / Europe Shifts (12.30pm - 10.30pm)
About the Role:
- We are looking for a female candidate to join our Professional Services Division as a Business Systems Analyst Intern.
- This role involves supporting our technical recruitment operations and internal business functions. The candidate will be required to work from our Hinjewadi, Pune office during UK/Europe shift timings.
Important Note:
- The first three months will be an unpaid internship (no stipend).
- A stipend will be offered after three months, based on performance and overall contribution.
Job Description:
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with executive management to support outcomes aligned with company goals and follow standard operating procedures.
- Interact professionally with candidates from Europe, the UK, and the US to manage processes such as onboarding, contract fulfilment, and hiring documentation.
- Document client and candidate interactions accurately, including email follow‐ups and communication records.
- Create, update, and maintain communication history and candidate details in company systems.
- Contribute to multiple internal business operations, including process mapping, implementation, execution, and day‐to‐day operations management across all business verticals and administrative functions.
- Perform basic tasks related to business analysis, software testing, and IT support when required.
- Conduct periodic system audits and support continuous improvements in business systems.
- Prepare, maintain, and present clear and concise management reports.
- Maintain a strong customer‐service approach with a focus on timely delivery and accuracy.
Key Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required :
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when maintaining company records and system data.
- Excellent analytical skills; must be proactive, reliable, and highly motivated with a positive attitude.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and general computer applications.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across all levels of management.
- Solid business acumen and professional etiquette.
