Job Description
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Portal Developer with strong hands-on exposure to Service Portal, custom application development, and implementation across multiple ServiceNow modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support implementations across ITSM, PPM, HRSD, Flow Designer, Workflow, and OOTB services.
- Develop Service Portals including custom widgets, UI pages, templates, and layouts.
- Participate in building LTIM ServiceNow IP solutions:
- Platform Doctor – automated best-practice compliance tool
- PRISM – multi-persona Employee Engagement Fabric enhancing employee experience
- Configure and customize modules including Incident, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, CMDB, and Flow Designer.
- Lead design & development of large-scale custom applications (minimum 4).
- Implement and customize PPM functionality with extensive enhancements.
- Develop platform applications to ensure ServiceNow instance health and best practice adherence.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications; Slack two-way integration preferred.
- Implement HRSD modules – Case Management, Onboarding/Offboarding, and Employee Center Portal.
