About the Role:

This role requires a candidate to support our Professional Services division, which specializes in technical recruitment. The position offers exposure to working with international clients and candidates across the UK, Europe, and the US. It also provides opportunities for onsite assignments at our UK office and future leadership growth.


Job Description:


(Main Duties and Responsibilities): 

  • Work closely with executive management to achieve business outcomes in line with company goals by following standard operating procedures. 
  • Interact with candidates from Europe, the UK, and the US, managing processes such as onboarding, contract fulfillment, and hiring documentation. 
  • Document client and candidate interactions and ensure proper email communication and follow-ups are maintained. 
  • Create, update, and maintain accurate communication history within company systems.
  • Execute and support multiple internal business operations, including process mapping, implementation, and overall execution. 
  • Manage day-to-day business operations across different business verticals and assist in administrative management for all entities. 
  • Conduct periodic system audits and recommend improvements. 
  • Prepare and maintain clear, well-structured management reports. 


Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience Needed [The candidate must demonstrate these in all stages of assessment] 

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in maintaining system records. 
  • Excellent analytical skills with a proactive, reliable, and positive attitude. 
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer systems. 
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 
  • Good interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders across different management levels. 
  • Strong business acumen.
  • At least one year of experience in the following preferred: project management, software development (not coding), customer service and support and key organizational processes like sales and marketing, admin, finance, and HR.
