Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analytics Product Manager / Business Analyst to lead the definition, design, and delivery of data and analytics products. The role involves bridging business needs with technical capabilities, driving adoption of data-driven insights, and ensuring measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements for analytics solutions.
Define the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for data analytics initiatives.
Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Partner with data engineering, BI, and data science teams to design, develop, and deliver dashboards, models, and insights.
Ensure data quality, governance, and accessibility are integral to delivered products.
Drive user adoption and change management through training, demos, and feedback loops.
Monitor product performance and continuously improve based on usage patterns and business outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills:
8-10 years’ experience in business analysis, product management, or data analytics roles.
Strong knowledge of data visualization (Power BI/Tableau), SQL, and analytics concepts.
Experience in defining roadmaps and working in Agile environments.
Excellent communication skills to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
