Job Title: ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB & ITAM Architect

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced ITOM, CMDB & ITAM Architect to design and implement enterprise-level solutions that optimize IT operations, asset management, and configuration data accuracy. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow or similar platforms, with a deep understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architecture & Design:
- Define and implement architecture for CMDB, ITOM, and ITAM modules.
- Design scalable solutions for Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Asset Management.
- Implementation & Integration:
- Configure and customize CMDB, ITOM, and ITAM modules on ServiceNow or equivalent platforms.
- Integrate CMDB with ITSM, ITAM, procurement, and financial systems.
- Governance & Compliance:
- Establish CMDB governance, data quality standards, and reconciliation processes.
- Implement ITAM policies for license compliance, audit readiness, and cost optimization.
- Monitoring & Optimization:
- Develop dashboards for CMDB health, ITOM performance, and asset utilization.
- Optimize discovery schedules, service mapping accuracy, and asset lifecycle processes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work with IT and business teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to implementation teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 10–12 years in ITOM, CMDB, and ITAM domains, with at least 5 years in architecture/design roles.
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, ITAM (SAM/HAM).
- Proficiency in integrations, workflows, and automation.
- HLA, Cloud cost management, Metric Intelligence, Event management (good to have), CSDM, etc.. and ITAM also in CMDB/ITOM
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (Discovery / ITOM / ITAM)
- ITIL Expert or Managing Professional
- SAM Professional or equivalent
