Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly accomplished Project Manager with extensive experience in Data and Digital Transformation programmes. The role involves collaborating closely with C-suite executives, boards, and regulatory authorities to deliver large-scale, high-impact initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex data and digital transformation programmes, ensuring measurable business value and alignment with organizational strategy.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and regulatory bodies, particularly in alignment with the UAE Central Bank’s Program.
  • Manage large-scale data modernization and digital enablement projects across multiple business domains.
  • Oversee regulatory modernization programs to streamline operations, enhance governance, and ensure financial stability.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and vendors, ensuring strong coordination between business, data, and technology stakeholders.
  • Represent the organization as a thought leader in data and digital transformation across industry events, conferences, and executive forums.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 12-15 years of total experience with a strong focus on Data and Digital Transformation programmes.
  • Minimum 10 years of BFSI experience and 6-7 years of UAE Banking experience is preferrable
  • Proven success in Banking, Financial Services, or Technology-led transformations.
  • Strong track record of working with boards, C-suite leaders, and regulators on complex transformation initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of data governance, analytics platforms, AI, and emerging financial infrastructure solutions (CBDCs, instant payments, Open Finance, digital ID, etc.).
  • Expertise in program governance, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe Agile, Scrum, or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent strategic planning, execution, and leadership skills.
  • Strong academic background with international exposure preferred.
