  • Experience in any ServiceNow module (ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CSM, etc.)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules
  • Build and enhance Service Portal components
  • Implement integrations with external systems
  • Troubleshoot and optimize ServiceNow solutions
