Role Purpose
Senior IA Developers are responsible for designing, building, testing, releasing and supporting IA forms, rules and bespoke client-side components, together with associated database and integration changes. They ensure IA services are accessible, performant, secure and operable throughout the service lifecycle.
Core Responsibilities
• Design and build IA rulebases and form journeys aligned to functional and non functional requirements.
• Implementation and maintenance of bespoke IA Web Determinations custom controls written in raw JavaScript.
• Ensuring WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility compliance including ARIA and keyboard behaviour.
• SQL Server schema design, stored procedures and audit data management in support of IA services.
• Development and support of Java SOAP connector integrations.
• Functional, regression, accessibility and non-functional testing.
• Release support including ServiceNow change management and CAB participation where required.
• Live service support including incident triage, defect resolution and business facing support.
• Contribution to documentation, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
