We’re looking for a Senior Change & Release Analyst to support and manage controlled releases of Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OPA/OIA) policy changes, decision logic, and configuration updates. Hands-on and oversees deployment processes, release scheduling, and change control across platforms. The role ensures proper change tracking, approvals, documentation, and compliance with ITIL processes.
Good to Have:
Experience with ServiceNow (or similar ITSM tool) for managing change records, approvals, scheduling, and audit trails — as this will be used to track and govern OPA/OIA deployment activity.
