Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and upgrade OpenShift clusters across On-premise environments and AWS ROSA.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of clusters deployed on Bare Metal and Virtual Infrastructure.
• Maintain and support Private Cloud platforms, ensuring reliable and SMART operational results.
• Lead or assist in Kubernetes/OpenShift migration initiatives, including application and data migration efforts.
• Use migration tools and methodologies such as Kubernetes API and Helm to support platform modernization.
• Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks along with CI/CD pipelines and related DevOps tooling.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills & Experience

• Solid hands-on experience in OpenShift cluster installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Strong background in Platform Engineering or IT4IT frameworks.
• In-depth understanding of containerization concepts (Docker) and container orchestration (Kubernetes/OpenShift).
• Proven experience in scripting and automation for platform reliability and operational efficiency.
• Practical exposure to Kubernetes or OpenShift migration projects
