SAM Pro ServiceNow ITAM SME ServiceNow SAM Developer Requirements: Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within ServiceNow for assigned modules SRESPMHAMSAM Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Configure and customize ServiceNow applications workflows and modules based on best practices Support integration of ServiceNow with other ITSM and ITOM tools Solid understanding of software license models and hardware lifecycle management Perform system administration upgrades and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime Develop and maintain documentation for configurations processes and procedures Provide training and support to endusers and administrators Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for ITSM processes Stay uptodate with ServiceNow features enhancements and industry best practices
Required Skills Experience Strong experience 4 years in ServiceNow platform development and administration Handson experience in any one or more of the following modules HAM Hardware Asset Management SAM Software Asset Management Experience with ServiceNow scripting JavaScript Jelly RESTSOAP integrations workflows and UI policies Knowledge of ITSM ITOM and IT asset management concepts Familiarity with ServiceNow upgrade and patching processes Ability to work in AgileScrum teams Strong problemsolving analytical and communication skills
