Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;) – SCM Functional
Consultant for a support-focused role. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day operations, troubleshoot
functional issues, analyze business problems, and ensure smooth functioning of all SCM processes for a large
enterprise customer. This role supports a global manufacturing customer with an ongoing multi-country rollout and
long-term AMS engagement.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle L1/L2/L3 support tickets for D365 F&O; SCM modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Inventory, Procurement, Sales, WMS, Product Master, and MRP.
• Perform root-cause analysis and ensure timely resolution within SLAs.
• Coordinate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and bug fixes.
• Create and update functional documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
• Support incident management, problem management, and release cycles.
• Conduct impact analysis for system updates, hotfixes, and new features.
• Assist end users with daily business process clarifications and troubleshooting.
• Participate in regression testing, patch validation, and sandbox testing.
• Support master data validation, corrections, and configuration adjustments.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 5+ years experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; / AX 2012 SCM functional roles.
• Strong troubleshooting experience in AMS / support environments.
• Ability to analyze transactions, logs, and errors for root cause identification.
• Strong understanding of SCM processes across procurement, warehousing, inventory, and planning.
• Knowledge of LCS issue search, RSAT basics, and ticketing tools (Jira/ServiceNow).
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder interaction skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with global supply chain support environments.
• Basic understanding of Finance integration touchpoints.
• Knowledge of WMS wave processing, replenishment, and mobile device flows.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Microsoft Certification in D365 SCM.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, Supply Chain, IT, or related fields.
