ManpowerGroup is driving a global technology transformation, consolidating infrastructure across 60+ countries. As Senior Manager – Cloud Infra Engineering, you will lead the design, integration, and governance of enterprise cloud solutions (primarily Azure, with exposure to AWS).
Lead cloud engineering & integration for global infrastructure migration projects.
Define and implement cloud design patterns, high availability, and disaster recovery strategies.
Partner with enterprise architecture, security, and vendor teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
Govern technology practices, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
Manage internal and outsourced engineering teams across multiple geographies.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or related field.
18–20 years of IT infrastructure experience; 8–10+ years in Azure cloud engineering at global scale.
Strong leadership in managing multi‑country engineering delivery.
Expertise in cloud infrastructure design, integration, and governance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
MBA/Master’s preferred but not essential.
