As Manager – Cloud Engineering, you’ll be part of ManpowerGroup’s global cloud migration program, building enterprise‑grade cloud infrastructure solutions and leading engineering teams.
Act as SME for cloud infrastructure engineering (Azure, AWS).
Develop deployable cloud design patterns and integration solutions.
Drive scope definition, requirements analysis, and solution delivery.
Partner with enterprise architecture and security teams to ensure compliance.
Manage vendor relationships and oversee engineering delivery across projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or related field.
10–15 years of IT infrastructure experience; 5–7+ years in Azure cloud engineering.
Strong leadership in managing internal and outsourced teams.
Expertise in cloud infrastructure design, integration, and migration.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
MBA/Master’s preferred but not essential.
