About the Role

ManpowerGroup seeks a Senior Manager – Azure RBAC to strengthen its global cloud security posture. You’ll lead Azure security engineering, RBAC implementation, and compliance initiatives across 60+ countries.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Azure RBAC, MFA, and privileged identity management.

• Define and maintain security standards aligned with NIST/CIS compliance.

• Partner with security engineering and vulnerability management teams to mitigate risks.

• Lead incident response and post‑incident reviews.

• Evangelize best practices in cloud security across enterprise programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or related field.

• 4+ years of experience in Azure cloud security services.

• Strong expertise in Active Directory, Azure AD, RBAC, MFA/PIM.

• Azure Security Engineer or Solution Architect certification preferred.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience in enterprise‑scale Azure implementations.
