Job Description

• Drive comprehensive application portfolio rationalization to optimize IT assets and reduce redundancies

• Conduct in-depth architecture assessments to evaluate current systems and identify improvement opportunities

• Develop and implement capability models to align IT architecture with business goals

• Lead legacy modernization efforts, transforming outdated systems to modern scalable solutions

• Perform total cost of ownership (TCO) evaluations to support strategic decision-making and cost optimization

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural standards and best practices are met

• Provide expert guidance on architecture consulting methodologies and frameworks

• Support the organization in achieving digital transformation objectives through innovative architectural solutions

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale architecture consulting projects with a focus on application portfolio rationalization

• Assess and document current architecture landscapes and recommend actionable improvements

• Develop capability models that support business strategy and technology roadmaps

• Oversee legacy system modernization initiatives ensuring minimal disruption and maximum value

• Conduct TCO evaluations and present findings to senior leadership for informed decision-making

• Mentor and guide junior architects and consultants within the team

• Engage with stakeholders across business and IT to align architecture initiatives with organizational goals

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, governance, and security policies throughout architecture projects
