 Responsible for preparing training materials and conducting training sessions for AP teams business approvers and ECC users to ensure effective system usage and process understanding

 

 Job Description          

  Prepare comprehensive training materials tailored for Accounts Payable AP teams business approvers and ECC users Conduct engaging and informative training sessions to enhance user knowledge and proficiency Customize training content based on the audiences role and technical expertise Provide handson demonstrations and practical examples during training Gather feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness

 

 Roles and Responsibilities          

Develop and maintain uptodate training documentation and user guides Coordinate training schedules with AP teams business approvers and ECC users Facilitate interactive training workshops and webinars Assess training outcomes and provide additional support as needed Collaborate with process owners and IT teams to ensure training content aligns with current business processes and system updates Support users posttraining by addressing queries and troubleshooting issues related to AP processes and ECC system usage
