We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and delivering Salesforce-based enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce applications while ensuring best practices and platform standards are followed. 


Job Description (Main Duties and Responsibilities): 

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.Architect, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP). 
  • Build and enhance Salesforce applications across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. 
  • Develop complex Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, schedulers, and asynchronous processing. 
  • Design and implement scalable integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and external systems. 
  • Implement automation using Salesforce Flows, workflows, approval processes, and validation rules. 
  • Ensure Salesforce solutions adhere to platform best practices, governor limits, security standards, and performance optimization techniques. 
  • Participate in solution design discussions and translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. 
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and peer code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables. 
  • Manage deployments across multiple environments using CI/CD pipelines and version control systems. 
  • Provide production support, root-cause analysis, and ongoing system enhancements. 
  • Maintain detailed technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and release documentation. 
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and emerging platform capabilities. 

 


Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience Needed [The candidate must demonstrate these in all stages of assessment] 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 
  • 5+ years of experience working as a Salesforce Developer with end-to-end implementation exposure. 
  • Strong hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer in enterprise environments. 
  • Deep expertise in Apex programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs. 
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, object modeling, relationships, and schema design. 
  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce security model including profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, and field-level security. 
  • Proven experience with Salesforce automation tools such as Flows (Screen, Record-Triggered, Auto-launched), Process Builder, and workflows. 
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party systems. 
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits, bulkification, and performance tuning techniques. 
  • Experience working with CI/CD tools and deployment frameworks (e.g., Git, SFDX, Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions). 
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and sprint-based delivery. 
  • Ability to design scalable, maintainable, and reusable Salesforce solutions. 
  • Experience with data migration, data loading, and data quality management tools. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above in the UK or Equivalent. 

Salary:GBP 54700 to 65000 per annum
