Minimum of 5 years experience as a Business Solution Analyst gathering requirements and defining IT solutions within projects
Experience producing Target Operating Models Strategies
- Strong experience with writing Use Cases User Stories and Acceptance Test scenarios OR Strong usability requirements analysis process maps
- Experience with Agile ideally Scrum or SAFe
- Strong analytical documentation and verbal communication skills in English
- Takes complete ownership of delivery of front to back complex functional changes
- Maintain strong relations with business stakeholders
- Removes blockers and creates pathways during times of uncertainty to ensure resilience
- Strong experience of MS Office typically Excel Visio PowerPoint and JIRAConfluence or similar
- Experience in technology delivery in a complex organisation
- Experience in business requirements definition and testing
- Delivery of business process documentation
- Excellent planning and reporting skills
