Overview
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with strong consulting expertise to design, implement, and support Blue Yonder ESP (Enterprise Supply Planning) solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of supply chain management principles, hands-on technical expertise in Blue Yonder ESP, and the ability to collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end solutions leveraging Blue Yonder ESP to optimize supply chain operations.
- Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and design innovative solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Configure and customize Blue Yonder ESP software to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to identify test cases and support project teams throughout implementation.
- Work with business stakeholders to define scenarios for testing and validation.
- Identify automation opportunities to enhance business processes and system efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal customers to ensure satisfaction and alignment.
- Lead system integrations with ERP and other enterprise applications.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for business users to ensure adoption and effective utilization.
- Provide consulting expertise across project phases including design, implementation, change management, and hyper-care support.
Required Qualifications
- 10 to 15 years of experience as a Solution Architect or Consultant with a focus on Blue Yonder (JDA) ESP.
- Strong consulting background with proven ability to engage clients and deliver tailored solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain management processes and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in Blue Yonder ESP configuration and customization.
- Expertise in database concepts (Oracle), PL/SQL scripting, systems infrastructure, and SDLC methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Blue Yonder ESP certification preferred.
