Key Responsibilities:
• Define and implement the ServiceNow testing strategy including test planning, execution, and defect management.
• Lead and coordinate testing activities across modules (ITSM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, etc.).
• Develop and review test cases, test scripts, and automation frameworks aligned with business requirements.
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage across functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT testing.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Manage the end-to-end defect lifecycle, including triage, tracking, and resolution.
• Establish quality metrics, testing standards, and best practices for ServiceNow delivery.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to test teams (onsite and offshore).
• Support stakeholders during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure readiness for production deployment.
• Coordinate testing efforts for ServiceNow upgrades and patches to ensure platform stability.
• Recommend and implement test automation tools (e.g., ServiceNow ATF – Automated Test Framework, Selenium, etc.) to increase efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 7–9+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 5+ years focused on ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules and workflows.
• Experience with ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework) and other test automation tools.
• Proven expertise in functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
• Strong knowledge of defect management tools (Jira, ServiceNow Agile, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple testing streams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
