1. PEGA Technical development hands-on experience (minimum 5yrs)
2. PEGA Constellation Hands-on customer project experience (2-4yrs)

4. Knowledge and experience with scripting testing tools such as Pega Unit, Tosca, or Playwright (minimum 5yrs) (Good to have)
5. Knowledge and experience for data modeling and data analysis (minimum 5yrs)
6. Experience translating business requirements into user stories that can be addressed within the team
7. Experience developing background process functions such as agents, job schedulers, queue processors, and listeners
8. Experience developing Pega reports for individual performance, team capacity planning, and management reporting using Pega Report Definitions and associated components such as List Views and Summary Views
9. Experience with production support in Pega
10. Proficiency in debugging and resolving errors within Pega applications using tools such as Tracer, Live UI, and Pega Log Analyzer
11. Experience working with Confluence and Jira (Good to have)
12. Custom Components hands-on customer project build experience (REACT) (1-2yrs) (Good to have)
13. Rijkszaak Implementation Experience (Good to have)
14. Proficiency in manual testing of components, reusable parts, and UI functions (Good to have)
15. Experience developing and implementing the Pega DX API (Good to have)
