Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter – UK/Europe to manage end-to-end IT recruitment for UK and European clients. This is a hands-on individual contributor role.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Delivery
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle for UK and European requirements, from requirement understanding to candidate onboarding.
- Work on permanent and contract IT roles across various technologies and domains.
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other innovative sourcing channels.
- Screen, assess, and present qualified candidates in line with client expectations and SLAs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.
Process & Quality Improvement
- Track recruitment metrics such as turnaround time, submissions, interviews, and closures.
- Ensure adherence to internal recruitment processes and compliance standards.
Market Awareness
- Stay updated with UK/EU IT hiring trends, skill demands, and recruitment best practices.
- Develop strong understanding of UK/EU hiring models, including compliance-driven recruitment environments.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1+ years of hands-on UK and/or European IT recruitment experience (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Comfortable working from office in UK shifts.
- Immediate joiner or short notice period preferred.
