Job Summary
Lead onsite IT support operations manage complex infrastructure and ensure high availability of IT services Act as a technical escalation point and mentor junior engineers
Key Responsibilities
· Advanced Technical Support Resolve complex hardware OS and network issues for desktops laptops and peripherals
· Infrastructure Management Administer Windows servers Active Directory AD DNSDHCP and Group Policies
· System Deployment Manage SCCM for OS deployment patching and application distribution
· Network Telephony Configure and troubleshoot LANWAN IP telephony systems and VoIP solutions
· Incident Change Management Handle BAU activities incidents changes RCA using ITSM tools
· Security Compliance Implement security standards and ensure compliance with organizational policies
· Vendor Coordination Work with thirdparty vendors for escalations and hardware replacements
· Documentation Maintain SOPs technical documentation and configuration details
· Required Skills Qualifications
· Strong expertise in Active Directory SCCM Intune Networking LANWAN and IP Telephony systems
· Proficiency in Windows OS Microsoft 365 and virtualization basics
· Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
· Certifications preferred ITIL MCSE Cisco CCNA CompTIA Network
· Strong communication and leadership skills
· 2 Local IT Support Engineer Up to 5 Years Experience
