Job Summary

Provide handson technical support for endusers and assist in maintaining IT systems and network infrastructure


Key Responsibilities

·       EndUser Support Troubleshoot hardwaresoftware issues for desktops laptops printers and peripherals

·       System Setup Install and configure OS applications and network devices

·       SCCM Support Assist with patching software deployment and imaging tasks

·       Network Telephony Basic troubleshooting of LANWiFi and IP telephony systems

·       Incident Handling Respond to service requests promptly and escalate complex issues

·       Asset Management Track IT inventory and maintain records


Required Skills Qualifications

·       Good knowledge of Active Directory SCCM Networking fundamentals and IP Telephony

·       Familiarity with Windows OS Microsoft 365 and ITSM tools

·       Certifications preferred CompTIA A Network Microsoft Fundamentals

·       Strong problemsolving and customer service skills
