- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience implementing Now Assist Generative AI within ServiceNow
- Ability to independently lead Now Assist enhancements and development
- Proven track record of providing expertise and guidance on Now Assist implementation
- Willingness to work until 10:30 AM EST to support onshore project needs.

- Knowledge of different roles and permissions for Now Assist
- Ability to navigate and configure the Now Assist Admin Console
- Experience in creating and deploying custom skills
- Understanding of basic Agentic AI development
- Experience with Now Assist panel configuration
- Knowledge of Now Assist log tables and usage insights
- Basic troubleshooting skills and understanding of domain separation
