Location - Chennai/Hyderabad/Bangalore/Noida/Pune

Experience- 8+ Years


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle P1 / Critical incidents with rapid response and resolution
  • Provide L3/L4 production support for Smart DX / Digital Experience platforms
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes
  • Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of Smart DX solutions
  • Work closely with product, engineering, cloud, and operations teams
  • Lead incident bridges, customer communications, and status reporting
  • Drive automation, monitoring, and proactive issue prevention
  • Support release management, deployments, and post-release validation
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, ITSM processes, and compliance standards



Required Skills

  • 8+ years of overall IT experience
  • Strong experience in Smart DX / Digital Experience platforms
  • Hands-on expertise in incident management (P1), problem & change management
  • Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred)
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, APIs, and integrations
  • Knowledge of cloud environments (GCP)
  • Ability to troubleshoot performance, availability, and security issues


Good to Have

  • Experience with ServiceNow Digital Experience / Portal / UX frameworks
  • Exposure to monitoring & observability tools
  • Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines
  • Scripting skills (JavaScript / Python)
  • Experience working in 24x7 support environments
