Role - QE Engineer with Mobile Automation & Performance Testing (Tools experience - Appium, Playwright, Perfecto, Jmeter)

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain mobile automation frameworks for Android and iOS
- Execute functional, regression, and end-to-end automation testing
- Perform performance, load, stress, and scalability testing
- Analyze performance metrics and identify bottlenecks and tuning opportunities
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate closely with development, DevOps, and product teams
- Lead test strategy, planning, execution, and reporting
- Mentor junior QE engineers and ensure testing best practices
- Support release cycles and production readiness
Required Skills (Must Have)
- 8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering / Software Testing
- Strong hands-on experience with mobile automation testing
- Expertise in the following tools:
- Appium
- Playwright
- Perfecto
- Apache JMeter
- Strong experience in performance and non-functional testing
- Proficiency in Java / JavaScript / Python (any one)
- Experience testing REST APIs and backend services
- Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
Good to Have
- Experience with cloud-based testing platforms
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools
- Exposure to monitoring & APM tools
- Experience in BFSI, Retail, Telecom, or Healthcare domains
- ISTQB or relevant QA certifications
