Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in ServiceNow CMDB within the ServiceNow ITOM domain to manage and optimize configuration management processes
Job Description
Lead the design implementation and management of ServiceNow CMDB to ensure accurate and up to date configuration data Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate CMDB with ITOM tools and processes Analyze existing CMDB data and workflows to identify improvement opportunities Ensure compliance with industry best practices and organizational standards in CMDB management Support incident problem and change management processes by maintaining reliable configuration data Monitor CMDB health and data quality implementing corrective actions as needed Provide technical expertise and guidance on CMDB architecture and ServiceNow ITOM capabilities Stay updated with latest ServiceNow releases and ITOM trends to enhance CMDB functionalities
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB strategy aligned with business and IT objectives Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance CMDB accuracy and completeness Collaborate with IT operations security and development teams to ensure seamless CMDB integration Lead troubleshooting and resolution of CMDB related issues and incidents Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer for CMDB best practices and tools Prepare detailed documentation and reports on CMDB status metrics and improvements Participate in audits and compliance reviews related to configuration management Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership within the ServiceNow ITOM domain
