Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Flexera Tools Architect to design, implement, and optimize Flexera solutions across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Flexera tools, software asset management (SAM), and IT asset management (ITAM) frameworks, along with the ability to architect scalable and compliant solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

 • Architect, design, and implement Flexera One / FlexNet Manager Suite solutions.

 • Lead end-to-end configuration, integration, and deployment of Flexera tools.

 • Define and implement Software Asset Management (SAM) best practices.

 • Integrate Flexera with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and other enterprise systems.

 • Perform license optimization, compliance analysis, and risk mitigation.

 • Develop technical documentation, solution design documents, and architecture diagrams.

 • Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams and stakeholders.

 • Support audits and ensure vendor compliance (e.g., Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, SAP).

 • Optimize cloud license management (Azure, AWS) where applicable.

Required Skills & Experience:

 • 5–6 years of hands-on experience with Flexera tools architecture and implementation.

 • Strong experience in:

 • Flexera One

 • FlexNet Manager Suite

 • Flexera App Portal (preferred)

 • Deep understanding of Software Asset Management (SAM) processes.

 • Experience integrating Flexera with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).

 • Knowledge of licensing models (Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, SAP).

 • Experience with data normalization, reconciliation, and compliance reporting.

 • Strong SQL knowledge and understanding of database structures.

 • Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure, AWS).

 • Excellent stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

 • ITIL certification (desirable).

 • Experience in enterprise-scale environments.

 • Knowledge of automation/scripting (PowerShell preferred).

 • Experience working in hybrid/cloud environments.
