- We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Technical Program Manager Technical Business Analyst to join our enterprise applications team This hybrid role requires the ability to manage complex technical programs and projects while simultaneously analysing business requirements and translating them into actionable technical delivery plans
- The ideal candidate will have strong experience delivering solutions using Salesforce Power Platform Power Apps Power Automate Power BI and integrated enterprise systems with a proven track record of driving highquality outcomes on time and within budget
- You will be a focal point within a multidisciplinary team of Architects Engineers Product Owners and Platform Specialists while partnering closely with senior stakeholders across technology and business functions

Your Key Responsibilities
Technical Program Management
- Plan execute and oversee enterprise platform initiatives eg Salesforce and Power Platform solutions from inception through delivery
- Develop and maintain detailed program and project plans including timelines milestones dependencies risks and resource allocation
- Coordinate internal technology teams and thirdparty vendors to ensure successful execution
- Maintain comprehensive program documentation including status reports RAID logs and stakeholder communications
- Ensure all solutions meet enterprise quality standards including QA UAT security compliance performance and resiliency
- Track and report program progress against defined objectives and KPIs
- Manage scope schedule and cost changes using established governance and changecontrol processes
- Identify assess and mitigate technical and delivery risks escalate issues appropriately
- Partner with stakeholders to define success metrics and measure the effectiveness of delivered solutions
Technical Business Analysis
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to elicit analyse and document requirements for Salesforce and Power Platform initiatives
- Translate business needs into functional specifications user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering and configuration teams
- Analyse existing business processes and systems to identify opportunities for optimization automation and standardization
- Facilitate alignment between business users and technical teams to ensure shared understanding of requirements constraints and outcomes
- Support solution design by validating requirements against platform capabilities and enterprise architecture standards
- Develop user documentation training materials and support content for new systems and enhancements

- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager andor Technical Business Analyst delivering enterprise technology solutions
- Strong handson experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud or platform capabilities andor Microsoft Power Platform Power Apps Power Automate Power BI
- Experience with APIbased integrations enterprise systems and cloud platforms
- Solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as JIRA
- Strong analytical problemsolving and communication skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and crossfunctional teams in a complex enterprise environment
