JD 1: ServiceNow Developer – CLM (Technical Resource)
Experience: 5–8 yrs
Location- Bangalore/Hyderabad
Contract 3 months + extendable
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage update sets and environment promotions (sub-prod ↔ prod).
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts (JavaScript).
- Execute unit and regression testing for CLM changes.
- Validate legal configurations: STC, SBT, templates.
- Ensure version control and compliance across environments.
Mandatory Skills:
- ServiceNow Platform Certification (CSA/CAD)
- JavaScript & ServiceNow scripting
- ServiceNow Update Sets & instance promotions
- CLM module experience
- Unit & regression testing experience
- Knowledge of legal configuration validation (STC, SBT, templates)
