As a Business Analyst role you can make a difference:
- In capturing and prioritize requirements in collaboration with the product owner, balancing business
needs and technical feasibility;
- In identifying, modelling, and documenting business processes and requirements for AI system
inventory and workflow management;
- In supporting resolution of impediments and contribute to continuous improvement;
- Working together with the product owner and the DevOps team on planning and roadmap;
- In acting as the primary contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment;
- In constructively challenging stakeholders on requirements to fit in the global way of working,

more effectively and enjoyably. Ensuring data quality principles, accuracy, completeness, and
consistency, are embedded in all processes to support reliable reporting and risk management;
- Playing an active role in shaping the future of AISI, contributing to the new vision and strategy as
we redefine the platform and explore how AI can support both the bank and our chapter internally.
You and your talent:
Customer focus, initiative, communication, pragmatic approach and delivering results are clearly
essential for the role of Business Analyst. In addition, it's important that you recognize yourself in
most of the elements in the checklist below:
- A master or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer
Science, or a related field;
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or information advisor/specialist in IT or
data-driven projects;
- Strong understanding of AI governance, compliance, and inventory systems;
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements;
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum and DevOps environments;
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems;
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in an international, multicultural setting,
with strong verbal and written communication skills in English;
- Energy and enthusiasm for working in a creative and pioneering environment;
- Ability to negotiate and influence to achieve common solutions;
- Awareness of data quality principles (accuracy, completeness, consistency) and their importance
for reliable reporting and risk management.
