• Lead the design and implementation of SAP Sustainability SUS functionalities in S4HANA
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and define sustainability KPIs
• Configure SAP SUS modules to support environmental social and governance ESG reporting
• Ensure integration of sustainability data across relevant SAP modules
• Support data migration testing and user training activities
• Provide expert guidance on SAP Activate methodology throughout the project lifecycle
• Document functional specifications and configuration settings
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SUS functionalities
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Environmental Science Sustainability Information Technology or related field
• 10 years of experience in SAP implementations with a focus on Sustainability SUS modules
• Minimum of 2 full lifecycle SAP S4HANA implementations
• Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology certification preferred
• Experience with ESG reporting carbon footprint tracking and sustainability compliance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a teamoriented environment
