We are looking for an experienced EUS Engineer who can also take on a Lead role, with 10+ years of experience


Key Requirements:

  • Fluency in Danish (Mandatory)
  • Strong hands-on experience in building, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows & Mac devices
  • Experience in Service Management
  • Strong Stakeholder Management skills
  • Proven People Management / Team Leadership experience

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support end-user devices and workplace services
  • Lead EUS operations and guide the team
  • Handle escalations and ensure service delivery excellence
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and drive continuous improvements
