The Senior Scrum Master leads multiple Agile teams across time zones, driving effective delivery, continuous improvement, and alignment to Agile principles. This role enables teams to remove impediments, operate efficiently, and consistently meet delivery commitments.
Responsibilities
· Facilitate Scrum ceremonies across multiple teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
· Coach teams on Agile practices, metrics, and continuous improvement techniques.
· Manage dependencies, risks, and cross-team coordination, especially across distributed teams and varying time zones.
· Partner with product owners to ensure backlog clarity, prioritization, and delivery alignment.
· Remove impediments that block team progress and drive issue resolution.
· Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and predictable delivery.
Qualifications
Relevant Experience : 10+ yrs
· Extensive experience as a Scrum Master supporting multiple Agile teams simultaneously.
· Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
· Proven ability to manage distributed teams across global time zones.
· Excellent facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
