Role Description

Turn paid search into the flywheel for growth at bank. As a Senior SEA Specialist, you will build a future-proof, data-driven SEA strategy for the business market. You will focus on propositions such as business financing, business payment solutions, and business checking accounts.

You will work within the new central Performance Team – Chapter Marketing and be responsible for daily SEA campaign management. You will actively drive synergy with SEO, CXO, and our strategic partner WPPmedia for benchmarks, advice, and optimization.

Your Impact:

  • Bring campaigns to industry-standard levels and leverage AI capabilities for automation, smart bidding, and scalable optimizations.
  • Connect teams and channels; your SEA insights will feed SEO roadmaps and vice versa (Integrated Search).
  • Ensure tight cost control, maximum ROI, and a data-driven performance approach

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute the SEA strategy for Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising (structures, targeting, audiences, bidding).
  • Test & Learn: Set up an agenda for experiments in creatives, landing pages, extensions, and feed optimization to deliver business value.
  • Reporting: Manage dashboards and KPIs to translate insights into directed adjustments for marketing and segment teams.
  • Collaboration: Align with SEO for joint planning of campaigns and landing pages.
  • Alignment: Work according to central performance standards and align with strategic partners for benchmarking.

Candidate Requirements & Experience

  • Experience: 4+ years of agency or in-house SEA experience within large/complex organizations.
  • Financial Rigor: Proven experience with budget responsibility, strict cost control, and ROI-driven optimization.
  • Soft Skills: Organizationally sensitive; able to navigate a large corporate environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Analytical, hands-on, collaborative, and comfortable with data-driven KPIs.
  • Methodology: Experience with Agile Ways of Working (WoW).
  • Preferred: Experience within the financial sector.
