Key Responsibilities
- Install configure administer and upgrade Red Hat OpenShift clusters
- Manage containerized applications using Kubernetes and OpenShift
- Monitor cluster health performance and capacity
- Troubleshoot OpenShift platform pod networking and storage issues
- Implement security policies RBAC and compliance controls
- Support CICD pipelines and application deployments
- Work closely with DevOps infrastructure and application teams
- Perform patching backups disaster recovery and automation
- Ensure platform stability scalability and availability
- Maintain platform documentation and SOPs
Mandatory Skills
- Strong handson experience with Red Hat OpenShift
- Solid knowledge of Kubernetes DockerContainers
- Experience with Linux system administration
- Understanding of cluster networking ingress routes and services
- Experience with YAML Helm and OpenShift templates
- Knowledge of RBAC security policies and secrets management
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools Prometheus Grafana EFK
Good to Have Desired Skills
Experience with CICD tools Jenkins GitLab Argo CD
Exposure to cloud platforms AWS Azure GCP
Knowledge of DevOps tools Ansible Terraform
Experience with service mesh Istio
OpenShift certifications RHCSA RHCE OpenShift Certified Specialist
Experience in banking regulated environments
