We are looking for a technical Business Analyst to join our two cross-functional agile teams consisting of Software Engineers, UX Designers, Business Analysts, Scrum Master, Product Owner and Team Manager.
In bank and Digital Lending you have the opportunity to:
- Contribute to all areas: to analyze, design, develop, test, and maintain our lending products.
- Lead the work of gathering requirements from the business and other stakeholders.
- Together with UX designers make our lending solutions for our customers as seamless as possible.
- Be part of our Data Driven Development journey: gather and analyze customer data, rise hypothesis, and take decisions based on that.
- Actively participate in architectural discussions, providing valuable insights and recommendations for system enhancements and improvements.
- Express Product Backlog in terms of Jira User stories with acceptance criteria and other required details.
- Plan, prioritize and estimate the work together with the team members, and Product Owner.
- Support Product Owner in finding a good balance between life cycle management, maintenance, regulatory compliance as well as development.
What is needed in this role:
* Worked with Corporate Lending before is a huge plus.....
- University degree (preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or Economics).
- Proficient in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Strong understanding of software development processes, software architecture layers, API integrations.
- Experience in agile way of working (preferable Scrum, SAFe frameworks).
- Understanding of data driven development and data analytics.
- Business domain knowledge within the Lending area is considered as an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and being fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Swedish language is considered as an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
