2. Proven experience in OTICS cybersecurity including risk assessment and vulnerability management
3. Strong knowledge of OTICS systems protocols and security best practices
4. Highly skilled in conducting network analysis and scanning to identify potential cyber risks
5. Consultant should have practical experience with network scanning tools such as Wireshark and Nmap and be capable of training OT stakeholders on their use without affecting assets network performance or operations
6. Consultant should be wellversed in key cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as IEC 62443 NIST SP 80082 NISTCSF NERC CIP C2M2 OTCC etc
