• Support residuals compliance operations using the Hooper Residuals system RE Underspabilities Outlook
• Define review and validate endtoend business workflows related to residuals processing
• Ensure workflows support audit readiness traceability and compliance
• Collaborate with business audit and client stakeholders to resolve workflow gaps
• Participate in business validation and UAT to confirm workflow accuracy
• Document business processes controls and standard operating procedures

Required Skills Experience

Experience in media residuals royalties participations or compliance operations

Functional knowledge of Hooper Residuals or similar residuals platforms

Strong understanding of workflowdriven business processes

Auditcompliance mindset with strong documentation skills
