Job Description
ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, hands-on development experience, and the ability to architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across modules
- Lead technical implementation, ensuring best practices and scalability
- Develop and review complex scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies)
- Drive integration strategies with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Lead and support ServiceNow Assist (Now Assist) implementation and GenAI capabilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure platform governance, security, and performance optimization
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams
- Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure smooth project delivery
Mandatory Skills
- 8+ years of overall experience with 5+ years in ServiceNow
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow architecture and solution design
- Expertise in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
- Experience in integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, APIs)
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Now Assist / AI capabilities implementation
- Experience in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, or CSM
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model, CMDB, and workflows
- Experience in performance optimization and platform best practices
Good to Have
- ServiceNow CSA / CIS / CTA certifications
- Experience in enterprise-level implementations
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong stakeholder communication and client-facing experience
