We are hiring a Sales Manager to lead business development and client acquisition across India markets in the staffing industry. The role requires strong regional networks, expertise in recruitment solutions, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for staffing services in India
  • Acquire new clients and build long-term partnerships with enterprises
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to contract closure
  • Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Track market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches
  • Strong knowledge of staffing models (contract, permanent, RPO, managed services)
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel between India and GCC
  • Prior experience in staffing firms or HR consulting
  • Established network with HR leaders and decision-makers
