L2 Desktop / Citrix Support Engineer
Responsibilities:
Handle escalations from L1 for desktop, VPN, and Citrix session issues.
Troubleshoot Citrix VDI connectivity, profile issues, and session drops.
Support device-level fixes (drivers, OS patches, hardware troubleshooting).
Assist with onboarding/offboarding users, ensuring MFA and VPN setup.
Coordinate with Citrix Specialists for farm-level issues.
Qualifications:
5-8 years of desktop/Citrix support experience.
Knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (CVAD).
Strong troubleshooting skills for end-user environments.(VCP, DCV Certification - GOOD TO HAVE)
